From my experience of using a range of different gyms, I have noticed that they are not always the friendliest environments to work out in, and this can prevent a large number of the population from exercising.

For many people that need to lose weight or become more physically fit, they find the idea of going into a gym and exercising in front of many people quite intimidating.

In a lot of cases, even with friends of mine, if I suggest joining a gym to help them lose weight, they respond by saying they need to lose weight before they would join…this seems ironic, but it is true for a lot of people.

My aim is to help those people who are apprehensive about entering a gym. My training will be brought to your door, so that you can enjoy an effective work out in the privacy of your own home. I have a range of equipment that I bring with me.

For those that see exercising in their own home as unrealistic due to space restrictions or family, can have personal training sessions outdoors.
